Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your permanent jewelry needs! To ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following appointment policy: Appointment Confirmation: Upon scheduling your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email or text. Please review all details and let us know if any changes are needed prior to the appointment. Cancellation Notice: We understand that life happens! However, we require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or if you do not show up, a $10 cancellation/no-show fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply. Deposit Requirement: For certain bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service fee on the day of the appointment.
